We create a space for women to self-heal, transform, and connect. The b. class® is an inspiring women’s 'fitness program' designed to let the heart and soul speak. We combine athletic movement with music to create a powerful connection within.

The b. class® encompasses everything you ever wanted in a 1-hour fitness class. The exercise that works the body, the energy clearing and mindfulness from a yoga class, the music and spiritual connection,

all packaged in one empowering class.  


Created by Tara Newbigging, It came from a place of regeneration, vulnerability and inspiration to create a connection to self and others.

The b. class® is being shared with women all over. We have leaders all around Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.


Our leaders are sharing this method of healing and connection.


The b. class® challenges you when you need to be challenged, it centres you when you feel off-balance, and it teaches you to love more than you ever knew you could.


If there is one thing that everyone has to say about The b. class® is that you have to experience it to understand it.  It is helping women feel strong and empowered to live their most authentic lives by providing a supportive environment  to connect with one's self.  


The b. class® is for women of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds. You do not need to be coordinated, you just need to be YOU. Each class you will leave feeling clear, strong and empowered.

Things to expect in The b. class®

• A class designed for Women 

• Barefoot (but can choose to wear shoes)

• Easy-to-follow choreography

• Guaranteed workout

• Bodyweight exercise

• Strength & Endurance training (squats, burpees, pushups, etc.) 

• Concentrated balance poses (some hidden yoga moves)

• Fun, motivating music that will move you

•Cardio (as much as you want to make it)

• Options are given for all levels of fitness (make your own modifications)

• All ages and stages

• A non-judgemental, welcoming environment

• A good sweat that creates a smile 

• Motivation and inspiration from instructors/leaders

• Shavasana at the end with an acoustic song that touches the soul.

What makes it unique?


We know life can get busy and going to a 'fitness class' takes effort. We feel it is important to provide one powerful class where you get it all in one. 

Fitness, amazing music, dance, yoga, mindfulness and more...


Our classes create a community of women who support other women. We are here to help one another rise above. We show up, we help one another shine, and we support each other through our own personal journey. Friendships and connections are made, as well as a warm feeling of community.  

Dim lights & optional barefoot or shoes

The b.class® was designed to help individuals feel like it was not a fitness class, and more of a fun self connection experience. Therefore, classes are done with the lights dimmed, the music loud, shoes are optional, and the leader moves with you, guiding you through a journey, rather than telling you what to do. 

The music will affect you!

The b. class® uses intentional music with powerful words. Listening to (or making) music increases blood flow to brain regions that generate and control emotions. The limbic system, which is involved in processing emotions and controlling memory, “lights” up when our ears perceive music. Helping participants heal, and ignite courage, strength, truth, and positive thoughts.
