This Is More Than a Certification

The b. class® Leader Training is a journey for women who feel called to lead from the inside out. Not to perform, not to instruct, but to guide women home to themselves through movement, music, and presence.

Created by Tara Newbigging, founder of The b. class® and refined over more than a decade of leading women through transformation, this training will change how you see yourself as a leader long before you ever stand at the front of a room.

It is personal growth as much as professional training. It is deep, it is real, and it is unlike any certification you have done before.

The Calling

What You Will Learn

Through 10 online modules guided by Tara and supported by your mentor, you will move through everything you need to lead The b. class® with confidence, depth, and authenticity.

You will understand the heart of the method and the philosophy that makes it transformational. You will learn how to build playlists that guide women through a complete emotional arc. You will develop your presence as a space-holder and your voice as a leader. You will explore the mindset, boundaries, and energy practices that sustain long-term leadership. And you will build the foundations of a business that feels aligned, not pressured.

This is not a course you simply watch. You journal, reflect, practice, and grow. The inner work is not a side note. It is the training.

Your Training Experience

The b. class® Leader Training is designed to meet you where you are.

Your online modules are completed as part of a guided cohort, which means you move through the training alongside other women, with weekly or fortnightly check-ins via Zoom or in person, depending on where you are located. You will be supported every step of the way by Tara, your mentor, and the women journeying alongside you.

When you are ready, you will complete your certification through a live mentorship experience, either in person at an intensive in Canada or Australia, or online via Zoom.

We welcome two to three cohorts per year, which means spaces are limited and intentional. If you feel the call, we encourage you not to wait.

Wherever you are in the world, you will never walk this path alone.
