What you'll learn has been built with over a decade of care, intention, and heart by Tara. The method, the music, the movement — every element exists to serve women through transformation.

This agreement isn't just fine print — it's a shared commitment to protecting the magic of The b. class® so it can continue to change lives.

Leader Training Agreement

  • This agreement exists to protect what makes The b. class® special — to ensure every woman who experiences it receives the authentic, high-quality transformation it was designed to deliver.

    By enrolling in The b. class® Leader Training, you agree to:

    • Complete all 10 training modules with integrity and genuine engagement

    • Participate fully in all required components of your chosen training format

    • Submit all certification assessments within the designated timeframe

    • Approach this training as a transformational journey — not just a certification to collect

    • Treat fellow trainees, leaders, and the training team with respect and confidentiality

    • Communicate openly if you are struggling or need additional time

  • The b. class® is a registered trademark and protected brand. The proprietary method, music structure, playlist methodology, choreography, brand identity, teaching philosophy, and all training materials are the exclusive intellectual property of The b. class®.

    The specific details of this intellectual property will be shared with you during the training. All such details, once disclosed, are subject to the protections set out in this agreement.

    As a Leader-in-Training and upon certification, you agree to:

    • Keep all playlists, training materials, and proprietary resources strictly confidential

    • Use choreography and the method only as taught — never creating modified versions for other programs

    • Keep all proprietary methods and frameworks private

    • Honour brand guidelines in all marketing and communications

    • Never train others to become Leaders — only Tara and authorised Lead Trainers can certify new Leaders

    • Never screenshot, record, or redistribute any course content

    Violations of this agreement may result in suspension or termination of your Leader License. Full details are in the downloadable agreement.

  • You agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all training content, materials, and resources, as well as personal stories shared by fellow trainees. This obligation continues indefinitely.

    As a representative of The b. class® brand, you agree to lead with integrity, create a safe and inclusive space for all women, maintain professionalism, and represent the brand authentically. Full details including the code of conduct are in the downloadable agreement.

  • Course fees are due at the time of enrolment or as agreed through a payment plan.

    Due to the nature of this training and immediate access to proprietary content, please review the full refund, cancellation, and termination terms in the downloadable agreement before enrolling.
